If your health insurance is considered an HMO, you have been assigned a primary care physician (PCP).  Your PCP may be affiliated with a specific medical group such as Sutter Independent Physicians (SIP).   Your assigned medical group requires that you obtain a referral from your PCP in order to be seen by one of our doctors.   We look forward to taking care of you.
